Shas'O T'au Mon'shas'kah, also known as O'Mon'shas'kah or Commander Blackstar, is the leader of the Tau Enclave, the primary Tau body of the Phoenix Imperium. His group consists of not just Tau, but also Kroot, Vespid, and other races that joined the Tau in Warhammer 40K Canon.
Blackstar was the first Phoenix Imperium High Lord (and individual in general) to make contact with Coalition-allied Milky Way Galaxy individuals. His personal flagship is a Il'Porrui-class Cruiser called the INV Gue'Suam.
