Formerly the Triple Alliance, then the Shadow Alliance, THEN the Alliance of Unrelenting Darkness, Obsidian Dominion is a group of organizations once united by a lust to take over the Universe and/or hatred for the Coalition. However, the goals of the Obsidian Dominion changed after the Ancient Reaper War when Kane, the last surviving leader of the original 'Triple Alliance', had the organization withdraw behind its borders. Since then, multiple organizations left the Obsidian Dominion.
In the far distant future in the alternate universes of HS, the Obsidian Dominion found a government they formed an alliance with: Hester Shaw's Regime.
