History[]
Isabela was first twin of herself and her brother, Varric Moreau. They were raised by a clan of mercenaries on Mandalore, and grew up learning to become mercs like their guardians, who were not their parents. Once the twins were sixteen, they broke off to do their own mercenary jobs, working as a team. This did not succeed, however, and the two entered a state of near financial ruin. This led to Isabela often selling herself to get money for even the slightest things.
When the twins were eighteen, they met Morrigan Sigurdson and her boyfriend, Zevran Cassel, at a training facility the two owned. A partnership was struck up, and the four started working together on odd mercenary jobs that would come in, as well as helped to run the training facility. Isabela, when not working jobs, would help Morrigan with the hand to hand combat classes, and the two fast became best friends.
Personality[]
Isabela is a complex case. In certain situations, she is a soft, kindhearted, and caring individual, but at other times, she becomes an angry, uncaring, and violent human being. This has led many to theorize that she is bipolar, but she denies this vehemently. Due to having never had an awful lot of money growing up, she is known to be very cheap with it, and often will only take a job if it offers a good reward. This has led to conflict between her and Zevran, who prefers jobs that will help people. Isabela has been shown to flirt with both genders, but has never pursued a romance with anyone, leading to questioning what her orientation is, but it is never answered.
Isabela is a talented swordsman and knife-fighter, and is also a decent marksman. She works as the team's medic, and has saved every member's life at least twice.
