Garro Valn Vezzo was the Bond Brother of the Famous Covenant Separatist Mgalekgolo Fleet Master Yarro Valn Garru, before defecting for unknown reasons. Afterwards, he started his own independent group fighting the Covenant Loyalists. He faded into obscurity for 2 centuries, before finally re-appearing again in the decade prior to the start of the 24th century.
