This entity, who calls itself 'Arthur', is the leader of the Krolok. A psycotically ego-maniacal sadist, he enjoys watching his enemies die due to his races' plagues. He is the only Krolok truly immune to all plagues, including the dreaded Krolok Gelu Mors.
He himself gives off a disease known galactically as "Arthur's Breath". His main ranged attack against opponents is exhaling this disease at his enemies.
